The movement of trains in the Kharkiv metro was restored, the press service of the metro reported.
“At 16.55 (coincides with Moscow time), traffic along the lines of the Kharkiv metro was restored,” the metro telegram channel says.

According to preliminary data, a thermal power plant in Zmiev, as well as Kharkiv CHPP-5, were hit. It is one of the largest Ukrainian combined heat and power plants.
Meanwhile, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Igor Konashenkov, in the morning briefing of the department on Monday, said that the Russian military “continues to inflict precision strikes on units and reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.”
