The grave of Yuri Shatunov at the Troekurovsky cemetery is one of the most visited. After the death of the singer, the influx of visitors was so great that the churchyard management was even forced to install an additional guard post here. Now the guards have been removed, but people have not stopped going to Shatunov. Fans visit Yuri every day.

For some reason, it is forbidden to shoot the graves of celebrities at the Troekurovsky cemetery. So decided the churchyard management. The only exception is the grave of Yuri Shatunov. The widow of the artist Svetlana personally allowed fans and journalists to rent the last shelter of her star husband.

And the woman also signed a contract for regular cleaning of the grave. Svetlana Shatunova lives in Germany with two children. She cannot often visit Russia, so specialized employees look after the grave. By the way, such a pleasure is not cheap: each cleaning costs from 5 thousand rubles. The work done by the cemetery employees is recorded in the photo, which is then sent to Germany. Svetlana will now be able to see Yuri’s grave with his own eyes only in early January. According to information from a close circle, after the New Year she plans to come to Moscow to resolve issues with the inheritance.

On the day when the MK correspondents arrived at the Troekurovsky cemetery, it was pouring with rain. However, even despite the bad weather, there was a man at the burial site of Yuri – an employee of the cemetery, who put in order the flowers in which Shatunov’s grave is literally buried.

“There are always a lot of people here,” the man explained. Fans come almost every day. They carry white roses.

The flowers are in beautiful vases. In addition to bouquets, fans leave poems dedicated to him, as well as hearts, on the singer’s grave. There are also a few white angels here.

“We still can’t come to terms with Yuri’s departure,” the woman who approached sighed. “With his death, the sun stopped shining for many of us.

Not far from the grave of Shatunov, humorist Roman Kartsev, director Boris Grachevsky and other stars found their last shelter. However, their graves cannot be compared with Shatunov in terms of the degree of grooming.

By the way, now Yuri’s relatives have already thought about installing a monument. It is expected that it will be opened by the anniversary of death – in the summer. The name of the creator of the monument is kept in the strictest confidence. The author himself asked not to be mentioned in the press, so as not to be distracted from work.

It is already known that Yuri will stand at the monument with a microphone in his hands. The figure of the singer will be cast in bronze: it will be 216 centimeters in height. The pedestal itself will be made of black stone. In total, the monument to Shatunov will be 336 centimeters in height.
