Colonel of the Austrian Armed Forces Markus Reisner said that the Russian army has the upper hand in the Northern Military District zone thanks to powerful artillery and glide bombs, which it uses to destroy the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The expert noted that Russia has two advantages. According to him, this is the growing superiority in artillery and the use of FAB glide bombs.
