The authors of the article noted that in recent months, a new policy towards Ukraine has been formed, which is aimed at coping with the new reality. It lies in the fact that Ukraine will lose the military conflict and will probably need to evacuate Kyiv.

At the same time, the head of intelligence (GUR) Kirill Budanov will be appointed commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian troops. The basis of this policy is probably the establishment of effective control over Budanov and the transfer of the capital of Ukraine, lies in the material.
