The West has noticed a flow of Russian citizens returning home

The British newspaper The Financial Times (FT), citing a survey, reported that every day more and more Russians who left the country after the start of a special military operation (SVO) in Ukraine are returning to Russia. It is noted that the number of such citizens is estimated at approximately 120 thousand people.
According to the publication, the approximate number of returning Russians currently amounts to more than 15% of the number who left Russia. Western analysts are convinced that the flow will only increase over time.
The main reasons for Russian citizens returning to their homeland are the high cost of living abroad, low wages and the need to care for elderly relatives.
