The administration added that this level was recorded in the regional center itself, while the water continues to rise. The level of the Urals near Orsk, on the contrary, is decreasing. By last midnight it was 8 meters and 19 centimeters.

The night before, the regional government clarified that the river level in the Orenburg region had reached a historical record.
