According to the Prosecutor General, residents of unfriendly states, having received military-industrial complex enterprises bypassing prohibitions, contributed to their destruction and damage to Russia’s defense capability.
Separately, Igor Krasnov emphasized that the return of enterprises to Russian ownership cannot be called deprivatization. “This is an adequate legal response to such illegal facts. Enterprises ended up in private ownership as a result of abuses by their leaders, as well as government authorities, including former governors and former law enforcement officers who did not have the authority to alienate state property,” he concluded.
