The license also applies to businesses owned or operated by US citizens, directly or indirectly. The permit will be valid for the payment of those taxes, fees and duties that are necessary for daily activities in Russia, provided that they are carried out in the usual manner.
On February 28, 2022, the US Treasury banned American legal entities and individuals from transactions with the National Welfare Fund, the Central Bank and the Russian Ministry of Finance.
