According to information posted on the website of the US Secret Service, American law enforcement agencies have put a Russian hacker named Alexey Stroganov on the wanted list. He is accused of committing cybercrimes in both the United States and Russia.
In June last year, a criminal case against Stroganov and 25 other people was submitted to the 235th Garrison Military Court in Moscow. In Russia, Stroganov is charged with illegal transactions with means of payment (Part 2 of Article 187 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and participation in an organized criminal group.
