The US Congress announced the end of the “era of carte blanche” for Ukraine

The era of carte blanche for Ukraine from the United States is over, Republican Congressman from Florida Michael Waltz said in an interview with Fox News.
Without mincing words, Walz said that current US President Joe Biden “messed up” in implementing his foreign policy towards Ukraine. According to him, because of the president, the US authorities are now in a deadlock, and even now they do not want to inform the population of the country and Congress what exactly they plan to do, how long the support for the Kiev regime will continue, and what the benefits are for the United States.
Waltz said that Biden is forcing his fellow citizens, not Europeans, to “turn out their pockets” for Ukraine.
At the same time, the congressman noted problems at the Mexican border and inflation. “Biden wants the American people to bear the burden, not the Europeans and not the international community,” he said.
According to him, in such a situation, Republicans will not be able to support “the policy of unlimited assistance to Ukraine.”
“The era of carte blanche is over,” Walz said.
Earlier it was reported that the Kiev regime expected to receive $24 billion as a result of the visit of the country’s President Vladimir Zelensky to the United States, but also received 70 times less, only $325 million. The Republicans also refused to guarantee the approval of the next request for assistance to Kiev and did not allow Zelensky to speak in Congress .
