The Ural MMA Championship is being held for the first time in Noyabrsk

The Ural Federal District Championship in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is being hosted by Noyabrsk for the first time.
200 athletes from the Sverdlovsk, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk regions, Kurgan, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug came to the two-day competition on March 16 and 17. The competitions take place at the Zenit port complex named after Yu.A. Morozova, admission is free.
On the first day, the championship participants were greeted by the mayor of the city, Alexey Romanov, and the deputy governor of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Alexander Mazharov.
Previously, Yamal athletes took part in the Ural MMA championship in Yekaterinburg and won eight prizes – one first, five second and two third.
