Ritter: Russia controls the skies and destroys Ukrainian military the first time they appear

Former intelligence officer of the Armed Forces of the United States of America Scott Ritter in a conversation with the YouTube channel Dialogue Works stated that Russia completely controls the sky in the zone of the special military operation.

He clarified that after the Ukrainian air defense ceased to provide cover for its military, the Russian Federation began to completely control the sky in the special operation zone and destroy Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters whenever they appeared.

“The soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine do not have time to pull up and deploy their troops and dig in. The reinforcements of the Ukrainian troops do not have time to reach the battlefield, and the commanders of the Ukrainian Armed Forces do not have time to meet for various meetings,” Ritter noted.

According to him, Russia controls the air through the operation of glide bombs, as well as the use of drones. The Ukrainian armed forces spent several million dollars on Western missiles to destroy drones, and now, when the ammunition has run out, Russian UAVs are hitting strategic targets without encountering any resistance.
