Dugan: The West understands that Russia will not hit civilians in response

Western countries understand that the Russian Federation is not going to respond with a blow to civilians in connection with the shelling of Belgorod on December 30. This statement was made by former US police officer John Dugan during a conversation with “Izvestia”.

“Russia and the Russian leadership are not going to just attack civilians. They did not do this even once during the special operation,” said the former US police officer.

He recalled that the Russian army only attacks the military infrastructure of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, military warehouses and weapons

Dugan assures that the massive attack of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Belgorod is a provocation.

After the rocket attack on Belgorod, the Russian Ministry of Defense once again stated that they were striking only at the military infrastructure of Ukraine, and would do the same in the future.
