Russian journalism is currently divided into two camps, said the head of the Union of Journalists of Russia (SJR) Vladimir Solovyov in an interview with RIA Novosti.

Soloviev said that in one camp there are journalists who left Russia and are currently working in the interests of its opponents, in the second camp there are those who remained in the country and serve Russia with their work.

He noted that the work of war correspondents in the Northern Military District zone, emphasizing the danger of this work, as well as the frequent deaths of people in this profession.

“Now in our journalism there has been a clear differentiation, a clear division into those who went abroad and openly work for the enemy, and those who stayed and work for the country and for victory,” said the head of the SJR.
