“Explosions in the vicinity of the capital. Air defense is working,” Klitschko said.
It is also noted that earlier an air raid warning was announced in Kyiv.

Jack Watling, a researcher at the British Royal United Defense Studies Institute (RUSI), said that attacks on critical infrastructure will make the winter very difficult for Ukraine. In his opinion, strikes by the Russian Armed Forces against critical infrastructure facilities pose a strategic threat to the Kyiv regime. Watling called on Ukraine to “prepare for a difficult winter.”
