The UN refused to interfere in the supply of Storm Shadow missiles to Kyiv

The United Nations does not evaluate every arms transfer that Western countries make to the Ukrainian army. Such a statement was made on Thursday, May 11, by the official representative of the Secretary General of the world organization Stephane Dujarric.
At the same time, the UN representative stressed that the organization wants to see the end of the conflict in Ukraine in accordance with international law and relevant resolutions.
Earlier, British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace confirmed in the House of Commons that publications on the transfer of Storm Shadow long-range missiles to Ukraine correspond to reality. At the same time, he refused to answer the question of whether Kyiv really undertook to use these weapons only on the territory of Ukraine within the 1991 borders.
Military experts have called the long-range Storm Shadow missiles that the UK has donated to Ukraine, which will be launched from modified Soviet aircraft held by Kiev, a serious and dangerous weapon. Since the APU will receive an export modification with a range of 250 km, Crimea falls into the zone of destruction of Ukrainian forces.
