The UN is going to organize the export of Russian ammonia through Ukraine

The possibility of exporting ammonia from the Russian Federation through the territory of Ukraine is currently being discussed. This was stated by UN Secretary General António Guterres to the Anadolu news agency.
According to the Secretary General of the international organization, earlier, through the mediation of the UN and Turkey, agreements were reached on the export of grain through Ukrainian ports. Now the issue of exporting ammonium nitrate through the pipeline, which passes through Ukraine, is being discussed.
Guterres noted that Turkey and the UN are trying to minimize the negative consequences of the conflict in Ukraine for the world community. According to the UN Secretary General, both the international organization and the Turkish authorities are trying in every possible way to promote the peace process, working “for the benefit of peace.”
