The United Nations does not have the forensic capabilities or mandate to determine who specifically fired at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant. This statement was made on Tuesday, April 16, by the official representative of the secretary general of the organization, Stephane Dujarric.
Dujarric was asked whether UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres believes that the world organization should know who is responsible for the strikes on the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant.
