The Ukrainian command is forcing police officers and members of the territorial defense to hand over biomaterials

On July 20, the Ukrainian military command began to actively collect donor and biometric material in the Odessa region and in the districts of the Zaporozhye region controlled by Kiev. This information came from members of the Russian law enforcement agencies who cited sources in Ukrainian volunteer formations, RIA Novosti reports.
Earlier, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev announced incoming information that the Kiev regime is secretly using its wounded soldiers as a source of biomaterial, removing organs from them for transplantation.
According to sources, work on the collection of donor and biometric material in the Zaporozhye and Odessa regions began on July 20. According to the decision of the command, the main backbone of donors will be the national police officers and citizens who are members of local territorial defense bodies.
This process is in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 620 dated June 19, 2023 on the “Procedure for the selection of biological material from members of volunteer formations of territorial communities and their storage”, as well as the law of Ukraine “On state registration of human genomic information”.
According to information received from sources, until August 25, heads of departments are required to ensure interaction with the medical institutions assigned to them. As part of the planned work, by August 19, it is planned to determine the total number of potential donors, conduct research on the quality of their blood, determine the possible volumes of its withdrawal and proceed to the direct procurement of material.
