The team of the Trans-Baikal Territory won four medals of various denominations at the Far Eastern Federal District (FEFD) Table Tennis Championship. This was reported on February 11 in the telegram channel of the regional Ministry of Sports.
The competition was held in the village of Slavyanka, Primorsky Territory, from February 5 to 9 among juniors and juniors under 20 years old.
The men’s team won bronze at the team tournament. In mixed doubles, Kirill Dugarov and Anastasia Buyanova (Republic of Buryatia) won a bronze medal, and Zhigzhit Zhapov and Timur Badmaev (Republic of Buryatia) also won bronze in men’s doubles. Marina Andreeva and Natalya Gruzdeva (Khabarovsk Territory) took silver among women’s pairs.
Soon the athletes will go to the Far Eastern Federal District U16 Table Tennis Championship in Khabarovsk.
Let us remind you, in Chita on February 10, the traditional All-Russian mass ski race “Ski Track of Russia 2024” was held. Family teams took part in it for the first time this year.
