Tinkoff assured that already downloaded applications will continue to work on devices, and reminded that all operations are also available in the personal account on the bank’s website. Customers were also urged not to download apps from unofficial sources for security reasons. The press service clarified that they would soon tell how to download the bank’s applications without risks.
In addition to Tinkoff’s applications, the services of other sanctioned banks – Uralsib, Zenit, Levoberezhny and Primorye – also disappeared from the App Store. Bank “Levoberezhny” warned about the possible blocking of the application in the App Store and Google Play on February 27th. Customers were advised to disable auto-update for the application to work correctly in the future.
