An entrepreneur who rented a three-room apartment on Tagilskaya Street from a mother with many children spoke about an agreement with the owner of the square meters. A man is ready to move out if the lady returns him all the money he paid for six months of living.

As MK found out, the 42-year-old tenant had been in a pre-trial detention center for the last six months. A criminal case is being investigated against the entrepreneur under the article “Causing property damage by deception or abuse of trust.” According to the suspect, in 2023, when financial transfers abroad were difficult, he did not make payment for the leased item, which did not please the German company with which he collaborated. Its employees filed a complaint with the police – the unscrupulous businessman was detained, and soon arrested and placed in a pre-trial detention center.

The businessman is a father of many children, raising four children. Three children (6, 13 and 15 years old) live with relatives in Armenia and go to school there.

The lawyer went to court with a petition to change the preventive measure to house arrest, the servants of Themis gave the go-ahead. Then the defense lawyer contacted a realtor, who offered the defendant to rent a cozy three-room apartment. It was assumed that the man would live in the apartment with his wife and youngest 4-year-old son.

The family agreed to the proposed option on Tagilskaya Street. The entrepreneur paid 150 thousand rubles to the owner of the apartment, a mother of many children, so that she would come to court and notify the judge that the man would live with her. In December last year, when drawing up a lease agreement, the landlady immediately put forward a condition: a one-time payment for all six months of residence (monthly – 208 thousand rubles). The tenant paid. After receiving the amount of 1 million 250 thousand, the owner wrote a receipt in which she indicated that she had received money for renting a residential premises in which the man would live from December 29, 2023 to June 29, 2024. However, in January her plans changed dramatically, and she demanded that her family leave her three-ruble apartment.

– I rented an apartment at exorbitant prices and have the right to a quiet stay. Changed the lock because it didn’t work, got rid of bedbugs, fixed a broken sofa. If she wants to live here, let her return all the money paid, I will go to court with a request to change the address of my place of residence, and we will separate. “I don’t hold on to her apartment,” the tenant explained.

According to the man, he made inquiries and talked with neighbors, who reported that there were many tenants who had suffered from the actions of the mother of many children. The woman allegedly moves people into her apartment, takes payment from them for several months, and after a while asks the tenants to move out under the pretext that she and her children have nowhere to live, although she has a house in New Moscow.
