The Telegraph: IFAB plans to announce blue card testing
The International Football Association Council plans to announce testing of blue cards on Friday, according to The Telegraph.
It is expected that when receiving a blue card, a player will have to leave the field for 10 minutes. The reason may be a technical foul or disagreement with the referee.
A red card must be shown to a player if, during one match, he receives two yellow, two blue, or one yellow and one blue card.
