The team from Baryshevo will represent the Novosibirsk region at the All-Russian street football festival

The regional stage of the 6×6 DVOR football competition was attended by 22 teams from the regions of the Novosibirsk region; the winners will go to Kazan, where they will play with their peers from all over Russia.

On September 11, at the municipal stadium of Krasnoobsk, the regional stage of the All-Russian festival of children’s yard football 6×6 DVOR was held among 13-14-year-old athletes. 20 teams of boys and two teams of girls competed for the victory.

– We have been traditionally holding these competitions for several years as part of the Heroes from Our Yard! project. Events such as outdoor sports festivals are very good at getting children involved in sports. Here the children find new friends, like-minded people, and their coaches exchange experiences. Together, this helps in the development of territories, which is especially important for rural areas. And this time everything went on at a high organizational level, with a soul. See how happy the kids and coaches are. In my opinion, each of the participants took with them a joint funny photo with the Ligr – the mascot of our project, – said the author of the All-Russian project “Heroes from our yard!” Alexander Bormatov.

The head of the Novosibirsk region Andrey Mikhailov, in turn, added that with the support of United Russia, the most favorable conditions are being created today for realizing the interests of young people, in that strength and in sports.

– This year, six universal sites appeared on the territory of the district. We plan to introduce the same number in 2023. These are spaces with the opportunity to play basketball, volleyball, mini-football and other sports. They are in demand, we will continue to support this direction, – Andrey Mikhailov said.

The head of the village of Krasnoobsk, Tatyana Essaulenko, noted that major sports events for children and teenagers have become a good tradition in the region. On behalf of all the organizers, she thanked the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of the Novosibirsk Region and the party project “Children’s Sports” for their support.

– It is very important and significant for us that such large-scale sports events are held on the territory of Krasnoobsk. I was very pleased with the number of teams. I will pay special attention to the development of women’s football – for the first time, girls’ teams are participating in our festival. The competitions went well, the children and their mentors liked this format of communication. For all of them, this is a great experience and an incentive to move on. And we will definitely help them with this together with the project “Heroes from our yard!” and the Ministry of Sports of the region, – Tatyana Essaulenko shared her impressions and plans.

According to the results of the regional stage, a team of young men from the village of Baryshevo will represent the Novosibirsk region at the All-Russian festival of street football in Kazan.

The coaches of the winning teams received branded insignia of the project “Heroes from Our Yard!” with a certificate. The winners were awarded branded medals and cups of the Children’s Sports and Heroes from Our Yard projects. All participants of the competition were solemnly awarded diplomas and prizes from the All-Russian Federation of School Sports, as well as sweet gifts, soccer balls and trunks for their storage.
