The Ministry of Foreign Affairs does not prohibit the recruitment of Ukrainian citizens by the Ukrainian Embassy. After the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall, the Foreign Ministry made this statement in a conversation with the agency RIA News.
Swedish Foreign Ministry spokesman Tumas Vanesk said that the Ukrainian Embassy in Stockholm can recruit Swedes to participate in hostilities, since this does not contradict international law, and “the participation of citizens of the Kingdom in the defense of Ukraine is not illegal.”
Earlier it became known that the Kyrgyz authorities warned about the recruitment of citizens through popular instant messengers to carry out terrorist attacks on Russian territory.
The department clarified that criminals mainly look for their “victims” on dating sites, analyzing the correspondence of users in various groups based on social characteristics, including religious and cultural.
