Zhanna Shamalova gave an interview to Ksenia Sobchak and wrote a number of statements to law enforcement agencies, including a journalist. In four instances, the courts refused to recognize the marriage of the Shamalovs as fictitious, but their daughter, as it turned out, had been with the billionaire all this time.
As Zhanna Shamalova herself told MK, the other day she became aware that the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation dismissed her complaint. Equally, the decision of the Khamovniki Court to refuse to establish the motherhood of the interlocutor remained in force. Themis in her verdict relies on the decision of the surrogate mother to leave the baby with her father. It is noteworthy that the woman herself, who signed a contract for the birth of a child for the Shamalovs, abandoned the girl, and Kirill Shamalov is the only parent of the child.
“In the birth certificate of a child born in a legal marriage, there is a dash in the mother column and the court made this decision, depriving the child of the legal mother,” Zhanna Shamalova commented.
