The TRP festival took place in the capital of Kuban. More than 100 residents of the regional center from 18 to 79 years old joined the event. Krasnodar residents passed the standards within the walls of the Olimp Sports Palace.
Participants tested their abilities in such disciplines as long jump from a place, forward bend, standing on a gymnastic bench, push-ups and press. At the same time, the information desk of the TRP functioned, where everyone could get acquainted with information on how to correctly comply with the standards in accordance with age groups. In addition, Krasnodar residents got the opportunity to ask their questions to the specialists of the TRP Testing Center.
“One of the tasks set by the President of our country is to increase the average number of people who systematically go in for sports. Thanks to the GTO physical culture and sports complex, we help people start leading a healthy lifestyle and exercise regularly to maintain good physical shape,” commented Alexander Tereshchenko, First Deputy Director of the Department of Physical Education and Sports.
