The student lives in Calgary, located 423 miles (680 kilometers) from Vancouver. Classes are held only a few times a week.
At first, the young man thought about renting a house, but after analyzing the prices of rental properties, he realized that flights would be cheaper.
To get to the university, he spends a little more than an hour: about half an hour by plane for $150 and from the airport to the educational institution itself.
According to the student, he plans to fly to classes until he receives his diploma.
