Traditionally, a large-scale race will take place in Striznevo, Vologda District. The sports competition has been held since 2017. In 2022, a distance of 42 kilometers was added. Anyone can test their strength. The Striznev Marathon will take place on April 20. More than 500 athletes from ten regions of the country have already sent applications for participation. Registration is ongoing.
Competition participants will receive starter packages on April 19. The starts will begin at ten o’clock in the morning. On the day of the marathon, the road from the track after the turn to the competition site will be blocked. You must arrive early. More than 90 prizes await winners in all age categories. At four distances there is a cash reward.
For the first time this year there is a separate nomination – family competition. Parents can run any distance, the child can run a children’s distance.
