Khinshtein: New details have appeared in the story of the trial for “rainbow earrings”
It turned out that in the case of Nizhny Novgorod resident Anastasia Ershova, who was put under arrest for 5 days, the earrings appearing are completely different from those whose photos are being distributed on the Internet. Not with the traditional seven-color, but with a six-color rainbow, which is truly a symbol of LGBT people (recognized as an extremist organization in the Russian Federation). State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein reported this on his Telegram channel.
The parliamentarian noted that it was precisely these earrings that the girl wore in a public place, and in the company of a “genderless” creature with a Ukrainian badge. And this was recorded by civil activists.
However, when called to the police, Ershova stated on record that she had thrown away these earrings the day before and could not present them, the deputy added.
According to him, the lawyer presented new earrings in court as proof of his client’s innocence – this time with a seven-color rainbow. It is their photos that are being distributed on the Internet.
At the same time, the detainee refused to answer the question why she stated that she threw them out.
The politician noted that all this radically changes things.
“I regret that, like many others, I bought into this fake news. Who launched it and why is a matter for a separate investigation. But under such circumstances, I consider the court decision to be legal and see no grounds for cancellation,” Khinshtein concluded.
