The State Duma will extend the “dacha amnesty” to outbuildings
Russian deputies will discuss the possibility of extending the “dacha amnesty” to outbuildings. The corresponding bill has already been submitted to the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
Also, the amnesty in the presented document applies to multi-family houses built before 1998. Previously, Rosreestr refused to register rights to parts of houses intended for several families, since these objects of ownership did not relate to individual development.
If the bill is approved, Russians will be able to register rights to auxiliary real estate objects (sheds, bathhouses, greenhouses, sheds, cellars, wells, summer kitchens) on the basis of technical passports, assessment and accounting documentation, if their technical or state registration was carried out before 2013 as part of a household, and the owner has the right to the corresponding land plot, the document says
