“We need a ruthless fight against the illegal production and sale of alcohol,” Burlyaev notes. – Therefore, in order to preserve the reproductive health of the younger generation – and we know that the death rate in the Russian Federation is twice as high as the birth rate – it is necessary to ban the sale of alcohol of any strength, and in the first place – beer, as well as tobacco and tobacco products to young people under 21 years old. This is for starters.
