In the event that the dacha neighbors pollute the territory, it is possible to hold them accountable, recalled the chairman of the Union of Summer Residents of the Moscow Region, State Duma deputy Nikita Chaplin.
According to him, the fine for such acts can reach 50 thousand rubles. Chaplin noted that quite often there are situations when the owners of suburban areas breed unsanitary conditions.
The deputy, in a commentary to RIA Novosti, noted that extreme measures should be taken if the neighboring summer resident does not make contact and does not want to accept claims.
“A general meeting is held and a decision is made on the improper use of the summer cottage. The next step is a collective appeal to the court. If your dacha is not located in the SNT, then you can go to court on your own, attaching evidence, a photo will be enough, ”said Chaplin.
He also noted that the fine is calculated as 1-1.5% of the cadastral value of the land, but cannot be less than 20 thousand rubles.
“If the cadastral value of the land is not determined, then dirt and garbage in the country house can cost 20-50 thousand rubles,” he said, recalling that a polluter can be held liable only if he is the owner of the site.
