“The size of the scholarship varies… By analogy with the 13th salary, you can go in the amount of one scholarship. Universities have autonomy in this matter … many universities do just that – they make the 13th scholarship by the end of the year. It seems to me that this is right, a good initiative, but universities can now do this within their competence, ”said the RIA Novosti deputy.
According to site Ministry of Education and Science, the minimum amount of state academic scholarships for university students in 2022 is 1,755 rubles, social scholarships are 2,634 rubles.
