Parliamentarians will insist on the closure of gay clubs, since the very existence of such establishments is propaganda for non-traditional sexual relations. This was stated by the head of the State Duma Committee on Family, Women and Children Nina Ostanina.
“Let people who prefer same-sex relationships not do it en masse in comfortable gay clubs that attract attention. Let them do it at home in the bedroom, this is normal, ”concluded Ostanina. At the same time, she stressed that musical and literary works, as well as paintings written by representatives of sexual minorities, would not be prohibited. At the same time, the theme of LGBT should not be mentioned without artistic necessity.
On October 27, the State Duma adopted a draft law banning LGBT propaganda in the first reading. At the moment, there are at least five LGBT clubs operating in the capital alone.
