The State Duma decided to plant for repeated violation of the law on “LGBT propaganda”

For the second reading bill on “LGBT propaganda” among Russians of any age, State Duma deputies Nina Ostanina and Nikolai Burlyaev prepared tougher amendments. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the received copy of the document.

In accordance with the amendments, if someone who has previously been subjected to administrative punishment for “LGBT propaganda” among minors commits a similar offense again, he will face criminal liability. In this case, the punishment will be up to two years of corrective labor, or up to three years of forced labor, or imprisonment for up to three years.

If a person who allowed “LGBT propaganda” using the media or the Internet has already been administratively punished for such an act, then the new punishment will also be criminal. In this case, the deputies propose to assign the offender forced labor for up to four years or put him in jail for up to five years.
