State Duma approved amendment, providing for the introduction of fines in the amount of up to 30 thousand rubles. for failure to appear at the military registration and enlistment office after receiving the summons (Article 21.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation). Now, under article 21.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, a fine is provided in the amount of 500 to 3 thousand rubles.
In addition, according to the adopted amendments, failure to notify the military registration and enlistment office of a change in marital status, education, change of place of work, study, position or place of residence in the draft law stipulates a fine of 10-20 thousand rubles. Currently, there are no such penalties.
The amendments also introduce increased fines for non-fulfillment of military transport mobilization duties. According to the current legislation, during mobilization in the country, registration, preparation and transfer of army vehicles must be carried out. Now the maximum fine is 20 thousand rubles, it is provided for legal entities. Citizens may limit themselves to a warning or a fine of up to 500 rubles. According to the new amendments, fines will increase to 25, 50 and 400 thousand rubles. for individuals, officials and companies, respectively.
