The State Council of Tatarstan adopted a bill on patriotic education

Deputies of the State Council of Tatarstan adopted a bill on the patriotic education of citizens in the second and third readings. The bill was adopted unanimously by deputies. About it reports press service of the regional parliament.

The main goals and objectives of such education are to develop the education system, increase the prestige of the civil service, improve the preparation of residents for service in the Russian troops, as well as to promote the defense of the Fatherland.

As part of the new bill planned create programs and methods for organizing and conducting patriotic education of children and youth and increasing their motivation to serve the Fatherland and interest in studying the history of the Fatherland.

For these purposes, specialists in patriotic education will be trained in Tatarstan. In addition, military applied sports will be promoted to residents of the republic. Tatarstan residents will also be able to take part in events to preserve and improve military graves.
