His ex-wife insisted on this

Actor Fyodor Dunaevsky, who became famous after the release of the cult film of perestroika times “Courier”, was discharged from his apartment in Khamovniki. Recently, the corresponding decision of the Khamovnichesky District Court of the capital came into force.

The lawsuit was filed against the actor by his ex-wife, Irina Wagner. Her husband gave her an apartment in 2018, and the following year he registered there himself. Last year, the marriage of Fedor and Irina, after 17 years of marriage, was dissolved in the same Khamovnichesky court. However, in fact, the couple separated even earlier: Irina filed for divorce in 2022. The woman insisted that the children, a 15-year-old son and an 8-year-old daughter, live with her, and Dunaevsky pay child support. Fedor did not agree with this. The litigation continued for quite a long time, and the final decision in the case was made only in September last year: the court granted the claim of Irina, then still Dunaevskaya.

The finale of the breakup was the formal eviction of Dunaevsky from the apartment. In the statement of claim, Irina indicated that the man has not lived at his place of registration in 1st Truzhenikov Lane since May 2022. The court took into account this, and the fact that the apartment belongs to the actor’s ex-wife, and that the marriage between them was dissolved quite a long time ago. Therefore, Dunaevsky’s registration in Khamovniki was canceled.
