Five teams representing various law enforcement agencies of the region took part in the competitions of the regional branch of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Society.
According to the results of the fight in the overall standings, the first place was taken by the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Smolensk Region, leaving behind the closest rivals from the regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the PU FSB.
In addition to team success, the penitentiary system of the Smolensk region has a complete set of gold, silver and bronze awards in the individual competition. So, the participants in the weight categories up to 58, 64 and 88 kilograms became the first. The second place was taken by the representative of the Federal Penitentiary Service in the weight up to 98 kilograms. “Bronze” awards were won by employees in the categories up to 79, 98 and over 98 kilograms.
