Today, October 12, a new sports project started on the RUTUBE video hosting “Yard to Yard”, which combines the format of reality television and documentary. In search of fighters, the show’s hosts – Kirill Sarychev, Andrey Zaikin, Viktor Blud and Gadzhi Avtomat – will travel to more than ten cities: Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Makhachkala, Ulan-Ude, Vladikavkaz, Krasnodar, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Barnaul and Novosibirsk. A total of eight episodes are planned.
Earlier, a closed premiere of the project took place in Moscow at the Urban concert hall. Among the guests of the event were the founder of the fighting league “Our Business” Arthur Harutyunyan, blogger Eric Davidovich, actor and blogger Stas Yarushin and others. The headliner of the event was the popular rapper L’One (Levan Gorozia). They got a unique opportunity to see the first episode of the new show before anyone else.
“Yard to Yard” is a truly new look at reality, where we show the life of the streets and ordinary guys in the regions without embellishment and glamor. Our presenters and mentors not only help participants become real fighters, but also immerse themselves in the cultural characteristics of diametrically opposed regions of our country,” said Alexey Fedorov, director of the in-house production department of RUTUBE
The heroes of the show were guys with very different social statuses. The fights will include a pizzeria manager with a homeless background, a taxi driver, a former ship captain, an orphan, a prison guard and a fighter who was able to defeat cancer.
