The Ovidiopol-2 space reconnaissance center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was completely destroyed as a result of a strike by the Russian army, Military Observer reports.
As noted, this center is secret and key for armed forces. He was located near the village of Akkarzha in the Odessa region.
The report says that this facility was created on the basis of a radio center that belonged to the KGB of the USSR. Later, the Ukrainian Armed Forces created a space reconnaissance center there. Subsequently, control over it was transferred to specialists of the North Atlantic Alliance. At the same time, the Ukrainian media limited themselves to reporting that an “infrastructure object” was under attack.
