As soon as separation from the third stage of the rocket occurs, the Fregat unit will launch the propulsion system twice and deliver the Meteor-M hydrometeorological apparatus to the target orbit at an altitude of 820 kilometers. According to the plan, the satellite should separate in 59 minutes.
