A message appeared on the government procurement portal about the search for a contractor who will do a major renovation of the building of the ski base of the Olympic Reserve Sports School No. 12, located in Voronezh on Khersonskaya Street, 25/1. The maximum auction price is 3.8 million rubles.
The contractor, according to the contract, until December 18 of this year will need to:
- repair the ventilation system,
- update the power supply system,
- replace floors, doors, windows,
- fix the roof
- finish the walls, ceiling and facade.
On November 15, the results of the auction will be known.
