“In fact, there is no particular rise in water in the Kakhovka reservoir. Yes, a strong wind is blowing and a wave is beating. These are normal seasonal phenomena – this happens in the spring. The Kakhovskaya HPP has started discharging water – the situation is completely under control,” Mr. Saldo said in a video published in his Telegram channel.
“The tales told by the Kiev regime about the “flooding of the left bank” are aimed at intimidating our people and sowing panic,” he said.
