The maximum share of the population with such incomes lives in Chukotka (78.2%), Yamal (74.2%), Moscow (74%), Magadan Region (73.2%), Nenets Autonomous Okrug (72.3%), in Sakhalin (60.4%), Kamchatka (59.9%), St. Petersburg (55.8%), Yugra (55.3%) and the Murmansk region (54.8%).

The minimum share of residents with an income of more than 45 thousand rubles. recorded in Ingushetia (4.4%), Karachay-Cherkessia (6.7%), Kalmykia (7.4%), Tyva (7.6%), Mari El (10.9%), Altai (11, 6%), in Mordovia (11.6%), Chuvashia (12.5%), Kurgan region (13%) and Khakassia (14.7%).

According to Sberbank CIB analysts, the income of Russians grew by a little more than 1.5% last year. At the same time, the official data of Rosstat indicate their fall by 1%.
