The football team of the inclusive school “Absolut” is again the best! For the second year in a row, she wins the Futsal Absolute Cup and proves that nothing is impossible.
Not only athletes from Serpukhov competed in the tournament, but also from Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Chekhov. For two days, 10 sports teams competed for the title of the best. The Absolute Cup has become not only a sports festival, but also proof that sport unites people regardless of age, gender or abilities.
One of the special guests was the Honored Master of Sports of Russia, two-time champion of the country, winner of the UEFA Cup Evgeny Aldonin. He came to Absolut to support the boys and give them a master class. The meeting with the idol for the guys became a real stimulus for new sporting achievements.
– I thank the founder of the Absolut-Help Charitable Foundation Alexander Svetakov for the development of inclusive education in our district, support for children’s sports and organization of such large-scale competitions, – said the Head of the city. Serpukhov Sergei Nikitenko.
The Absolut team not only won the tournament, but also showed that inclusive education does not limit the opportunities for children with disabilities. They were able to achieve success in sports thanks to their hard work and desire to win.
