Russian resources are increasingly subject to cyber attacks from foreign intelligence services. This was reported by the press service of the Security Council following a meeting of the interdepartmental commission on information security, transmits TASS.

“Currently, there is a significant increase in the scale and intensity of computer attacks on Russian information resources, carried out by special services of foreign states with the involvement of international criminal communities,” the report says.

Recently, several large Russian information resources have been attacked. November 4 about a cyber attack on the website of the exhibition “Russia”, which has been running at VDNKh since November 4, reported event organizers. According to them, the massive hacker attack was carried out from unfriendly countries – the USA, Ukraine, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Japan, etc.

At the end of October, hackers hacked website of the National Payment System (NSPK) and the Mir payment system. On the main page there was information about a new website, which was “kindly produced by Dump Forums partners” in exchange for all personal data of clients.

A representative of the operator stated that the site is only a business card with information about the company’s activities and does not contain any confidential data, and is not related to the payment infrastructure. He emphasized that the processing of all payments and transactions through the Faster Payment System (FPS) is carried out as usual.

On September 28, a global failure occurred in the operation of the Leonardo reservation system (a joint development of Rostec and the Sirena-Travel company). At Rostec explained problems in the operation of the system due to DDOS attacks from abroad. A few days later, Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mikhail Fedorov statedthat the country’s “IT army” is allegedly behind cyber attacks on Leonardo.
