The second defendant in the case of a tour of the Neglinka collector was arrested

Zamoskvoretsky Court of Moscow on Wednesday, August 23, granted the petition of the investigation to detain Nikita Dubas, who is accused in a criminal case of an illegal excursion along the underground collector of the Neglinka River in the capital.
According to the investigation, Dubas is the organizer of an illegal excursion, during which eight people died – a digger guide and seven tourists.
A similar measure of restraint was chosen in relation to the head of the IT company “Sputnik” Alexander Kim under the article on the provision of services that do not meet the requirements of the safety of life and health of consumers, by a group of persons by prior agreement.
Operations engineer Kirill Klimov told about the dangers of such excursions, awaiting fans of extreme sports. He noted that in the collectors of the Neglinka, there are drain pipes everywhere, through which they bring various debris and stones. In addition, metro tunnels are located near the collector, as well as electrical communications are laid, and explosive methane can accumulate in the collectors themselves.
