“The Seagull” snatched the victory from the “Krasnoyarsk Rysy”

In Sunday’s guest match, our youth hockey team “Chaika” in a shootout snatched victory from the debutant of the conference team “Krasnoyarsk Rysi”. The match ended with a score of 2:3 (0:0, 1:2, 1:0, 0:0, 1:2 – on shootouts).
In the first period, the teams did not score goals. In the fourth minute of the second period, the hosts of the ice, Krasnoyarskiye Rysi, took the lead, Ruslan Kuzakhmetov scored the puck, assisted by Gordey Maslov and Vsevolod Ilyin. The score became 1:0.
Nizhny Novgorod was able to answer only after 13 minutes – in the 37th minute of the match, Matvey Utkin equalized the score, Artyom Misnikov and Nikita Artamonov helped score the puck. Score 1:1.
A minute before the siren about the end of the second period, the Nizhny Novgorod team managed to hit the gates of the Krasnoyarsk Rysy for the second time – Alexei Krutov became the author of the second puck of the Seagull, assisted by Maxim Vlasov and Nikita Artamonov. 1:2 at the end of the second period.
In the third period, the score was unchanged for a long time, but “The Seagull” failed to keep the victory in regular time – at the 59th minute of the match, Andrey Nosovko equalized the score.
Extra time did not reveal the winner of the match. The outcome of the meeting was decided in a shootout, in which Nizhny Novgorod turned out to be more accurate. Seagull win!
